WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT

Upon entry, your service provider will accompany you to their workstation.

Whether you’re a new or returning client, you’ll first receive a complementary consultation to discuss your vision for what you need. We’ll discuss your current style, what you’d like to change (if anything), your current regimen, and your goals for your hair, skin, and nails. Our mission is to support you in achieving them.

Once we’ve established clarity for the goal of your visit, your provider will drape you in a cape and towels that have been freshly laundered in a disinfecting solution. Depending on your selected services, you may begin your treatment with a relaxing shampoo and conditioning, complete with gentle massage. Alternatively, you might immediately begin your skin, nail, or wig service.
