We at Details Salon strive for clarity and communication. Below you’ll find a list of our policies for what to expect during your experience with us.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND LATE ARRIVALS: We’ve all experienced unexpected events that impact our schedule, and we understand that they will occasionally occur. We strive to ensure that such instances do not impact our other guests or our ability to deliver services on time. The following policies are in place to prevent such mishaps. Thank you in advance for your kindness and consideration.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your start time. If a cancellation is made within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time, a charge for 50% of the scheduled service will be applied.
NO-SHOW: A charge for 50% of the scheduled service will be applied if you do not attend your appointment. The next appointment cannot be scheduled without amending the fees related to the missed appointment (including missed appointments due to late arrival).
LATE ARRIVALS: We allow for late arrivals up to 10-minutes after the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule. If you’re running behind schedule, please call us as soon as possible so we can determine next steps. The above Cancellation and No-Show policies may be applied.
NEW GUEST - HAIR COLOR SERVICES: For new guests, we require a complimentary consultation for all hair color services. This consultation allows the service provider and the guest to discuss the desired results, establish goals for what may be achieved in a single appointment, and identify pricing for the service. Complete this consultation form to get started.
HAIRCUT, COLOR, AND TEXTURE ADJUSTMENTS: We take pride in all that we do, and we want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with any hair service, please call the salon or contact your provider within one week of the original service appointment to receive a complimentary service to make your desired adjustments.
PRODUCT RETURN: If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 15 days of the purchase date.
CHILDREN: Details Salon is a community-focused, family-friendly salon in Marinette, Wisconsin. We welcome your family. We adore children and look forward to delivering services for them. However, during your own appointment time, we request that your children do not accompany you to the salon. This is for their safety and the consideration of our other salon guests.
